Contact AESOP for editing

Based in Oxford (UK), established for 40 years, AESOP (All Editorial Services Online for Publishers and Writers) offers a wide range of editorial services - including editing, editorial advice, copyediting, proofreading, book indexing, novelisation, text creation, research, rewriting, ghostwriting, webpage creation, academic, thesis and dissertation editing and proofreading, and much much more. We supply editorial services to publishers and individual authors across the publishing spectrum from general and trade to literary, academic, commercial, scientific and educational books.

How to contact AESOP

  1. If you have any kind of text that requires editing (or any other editorial service), tell us about it now by completing the contact form below (don't forget to enter your email address!). Alternatively, you can send a detailed specification of your requirements by completing our order form. (This requires no financial commitment on your part, unless you are completely satisfied with the edited sample that we send you and you have then given us the go-ahead to do the work you have requested.)

  2. Let us know, if you can, the complete extent (total number of words) of the text which requires editing (or any other editorial service). If, however, you are sending us the complete text at the same time you don't have to do this - we will do the word count for you.

  3. To send us your text, you can upload the file(s) to the MNE-AESOP website by following the instructions after you have submitted the form below; alternatively email the text to info [at] copyedit.co.uk, attaching or inserting your work file to the email in any of the following file formats:

    • plain text (ASCII)
    • rich text format (RTF)
    • Microsoft Word PREFERRED
    • WordPerfect
    • Microsoft Works
    • pdf (Adobe Acrobat)
    • Adobe Pagemaker

    Alternatively, you can:

    • telephone +44 (0)1865 429563
    • fax +44 (0)1865 389589
    • post (snail-mail) your text as a disk, manuscript or audiocassette to:

28a Abberbury Road, Iffley, Oxford OX4 4ES, UK

  4. We'll send you an edited sample with our estimate.

Our editorial role
Please note: MNE-AESOP's role in publishing your text is strictly editorial and not entrepreneurial - in other words, we will help in every way with the editorial content of your text but we do not represent authors as agents. To find out more about this click here.
